What to write about where
- Refunds and billing — see the Refund Policy. Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record, and the invoice you received comes from them; we can still handle the request from our side.
- Your personal data — access, correction, deletion or a copy. See the Privacy Notice. A person handles these requests and we answer within 30 days.
- Personal data found in a scan report — if your details appeared in our evidence and you are not our customer, write to the same address and we will remove them.
- Security — if you believe you have found a vulnerability, tell us before telling anyone else and we will work with you on it.
